CASE 1: BERRY's FACTORY IN CHINA

CUSTOMER APPLICATION

Customer requirements: compared with TSI 8130a, the deviation of resistance is less than ± 5%; the deviation of penetration of H10 and H11 is less than ± 15%, H12 is less than ± 20%, and H13 is less than ± 30%.

After being debugged by our Engineer in the customer's factory, the test results of SC-FT-1406DP fully meet the above requirements.

Customer requirements:
Compared with PALAS PMFT 1000 M, the test results of filter efficiency and resistance are consistent.

CUSTOMER APPLICATION

Customer requirements:
Step 1: leakage detection by scan method of V-bank HEPA filters.
Step 2: one probe upgrade to four probes.
 
After many adjustments of the hardware and software, leakage detection by scanning method of the V-type filter finally realized on SC-L8023 Automatic Scanning test System. One year later, all the upgraded parts were sent to the customer's factory, and our engineers took two days to complete upgrade, and the test speed was increased by 3 times.
