  • Q After an order is placed, when to deliver?

    A Generally about 15~30 days. If we have inventory, we can arrange shipment within 7 days.

    A T/T 50% as deposit, and50% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos or video of the product and package before you pay the balance. You can also entrust a third party to our company for inspection, and we will fully cooperate.
  • Q What is your terms of delivery?

    A EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
  • Q How about after-sales service?

    Affected by COVID-19, we can not provide on-site installation and commissioning services, however, remote guidance services can be provided throughWechat or Microsoft Teams. 
    The product warranty period is one year. Outside the warranty period, only accessories and corresponding shipping charges will be charged.
  • Q Does your instrument have an English interface?

    Our instruments can be customized according to the needs of our customers. For example, mask test equipment and filter material testing equipment are all Chinese, English and Korean interfaces.
    Our instruction manual is available in both Chinese and English.
