SC-29461-1 is a multi-standard automatic test rig for gas turbine intake filter certification labs and filter manufacturers, compliant with ISO 29461-1, ISO 16890, EN779, EN1822 etc..
It completes full performance testing for all GT intake filters (T1-T4 coarse, T5-T9 ePM medium, T10-T13 EPA/HEPA filters), supporting fractional efficiency, MPPS efficiency and dust loading evaluation.
Compatible with V-bank and large cylindrical filter cartridges, equipped with transparent viewing windows, wide airflow range (500–5,400 m³/h) and max 6,250 Pa pressure drop capacity for real industrial simulation.
Core 6 test functions: fractional efficiency test, MPPS efficiency test, dust holding capacity test, pressure drop measurement, airflow-resistance curve plotting, automatic gravimetric weighing analysis.
