Functions

HEPA Filter efficiency and resistance test of the flat-type and W-type filter under required air volume.

Automatic scanning to detect leakage of filters.


Advantages

Filter plane placement, cantilever scanning probe, small size and low equipment height.

After the filter is installed, set up the work order, and the scanning will be carried out automatically.

Two configurations are available, 1 or 4 laser particle counters downstream of the filter. 

If customer purchase 1 counter version, upgradeable version is reserved. It can be upgrade to 4 counters as needed.

If 4 counters are configured downstream, a filter of 60 cm x 60 cm can be tested in 30 seconds, a filter of 120 cm x 120 cm can be tested in 120 seconds.

The HEPA filter tester adopts an advanced online monitoring software system, all scanning and detecting processes are directly reflected on the computer LCD display. Functions such as test report printing, label printing, and database management are available.

Positive pressure protection is used to decrease the requirement of system air tightness. If leakage occurs, it will have little even no impact on test data.

The HEPA filter tester system uses a bypass diluter, which makes the dilution ratio is large and reliable.


Applications

It is suitable for the filter efficiency and resistance test of plate HEPA filter with grade F6-F9, H10-H14. 

It also can determine the leakage of filter elements by scan method.
