From November 12-14, at the FILTECH exhibition in Cologne, Germany, the world’s leading event for the filtration industry, SCINCE participated for the 4th time. At this exhibition , we engaged with 58 companies from 40 countries and regions in the filtration industry. Through in-depth discussions, clients gained a comprehensive understanding of our core products and tailored solutions, while providing us with valuable feedback on market demands.
Highlight 1: Continuous Product Upgrades for Diverse Testing Needs
Our star product SC-FT-1406D series has been further updated, offering three models designed to cater to varied customer needs. For automatic scanning devices, SC-L8023 and SC-L8023U are available with different configurations and costs, meeting both fundamental and advanced testing requirements.
In general ventilation testing equipment, we offer two basic models with flexible hardware configurations that can be adjusted to meet specific testing needs. This significantly reduces customers’ initial investment while ensuring versatility and high performance, earning praise from users worldwide.
Highlight 2: Flexible Solutions for Specific Customer Demands
For automatic scanning, most customers face only 5% of testing demand for ULPA filters, yet the SC-L8023U requires over twice the investment compared to SC-L8023. To address this, we provide upgrade-ready solutions, enabling customers to start testing with minimal upfront investment and upgrade as their requirements evolve.
For clients needing ISO 16890 testing but constrained by limited space, we introduced the compact SC-7099. This equipment requires significantly less floor space while delivering standardized testing capabilities and reliable reports. These practical solutions have been widely appreciated by our customers.
Highlight 3: Customer Needs Driving Innovation
During the exhibition, we engaged in meaningful exchanges with clients from South America and Asia, gaining insights into their unique requirements. For example, a South American client with specific cost and functionality constraints selected our flexible configuration solution, while an Asian customer faced challenges in specific testing scenarios, which we resolved through customized designs. These cases showcase our ability to innovate while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
Highlight 4: Enhancing After-Sales Services
Customer feedback during the exhibition also highlighted the importance of improving after-sales materials. Many expressed a desire for more visualized and localized documentation. In response, we plan to refine our manuals and video resources to cater to diverse market needs. Additionally, we aim to strengthen on-site support during installation and commissioning to help customers avoid potential operational issues.
