SC-190 Filter Conditioning Cabinet is designed for conditioning air filters with saturated isopropyl alcohol (IPA) vapor in accordance with ISO 16890-4. It provides a controlled conditioning environment for evaluating the filtration performance of electrostatically charged air filters after IPA treatment.
| IPA Diffusion Time | 20 min adjustable |
|---|---|
| Filter Chamber Size | 650 × 800 × 800 mm |
| Saturated IPA Vapor Time | 30 min adjustable |
| Flushing Time | 30 min adjustable |
| IPA Solution Volume | > 6 L |
| IPA Evaporation Surface Area | 1.08 m² |
| Temperature Measurement Range | -40 to 80 °C |
| Temperature Accuracy | ±0.5 °C |
| Humidity Measurement Range | 0–100% RH |
| Humidity Accuracy | ±2% RH |
| Overall Dimensions | 1490 × 930 × 1170 mm |
The system integrates stable IPA vapor generation, negative-pressure exhaust, programmable conditioning cycles, and real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure. IPA diffusion, conditioning, and flushing times can be set according to the test procedure, with audible and visual alarms indicating the completion of each stage.
The SC-190 is suitable for panel filters, bag filters, and filter cartridges. It can be used as supporting conditioning equipment for both the SC-16890 Air Filter Test System and the SC-29461-1 Air Intake Filter Test System, providing a dedicated solution for filter conditioning before subsequent performance testing.
