Designed for high-efficiency HEPA and ULPA filters requiring particle measurement from 0.1 μm, MPPS-related efficiency evaluation and sensitive local penetration scanning.
The final configuration depends on the filter class, dimensions, airflow, expected penetration and required production throughput.

| EN 1822-4 / ISO 29463-4 | Local leakage determination for applicable finished EPA, HEPA and ULPA filter classes. |
| EN 1822-5 / ISO 29463-5 | Overall filter-element efficiency or penetration measurement at the required particle size or MPPS. |
The test system supports the applicable procedures according to its configured aerosol, particle-measurement range, airflow and scanning arrangement. EN 1822 and ISO 29463 do not certify the cleanliness class of the room in which the filter will be installed.
Scope Boundary
Overall efficiency, local leak scanning and installed-system integrity testing are different test tasks. Factory testing of a finished filter does not verify possible leakage through the housing or installation after the filter is installed.
