Within one month, SCPUR shipped two SC-L8023U Automatic Scanning Test Systems to Europe for HEPA and ULPA filter testing. One system includes an automatic loading platform, while the other uses manual loading. Both systems perform automatic scanning tests.

Factory Testing of HEPA and ULPA Filters
The SC-L8023U evaluates filtration efficiency and scans for local leaks in HEPA and ULPA filters. It supports particle measurement from 0.1 μm and efficiency evaluation related to the most penetrating particle size (MPPS). Configurations can be selected to suit the filter class and testing requirements for scanning under EN 1822-4 en ISO 29463-4.
Automatic scanning and particle sampling help filter manufacturers locate local leaks and record test results, supporting finished-filter quality control and traceability.
One Test System with Different Loading Options
The two systems shipped to Europe differ in their loading arrangements. The system with an automatic loading platform links filter loading with the scanning process. On the other system, the operator places the filter in the test position before automatic scanning begins. The loading platform is optional, allowing customers to choose a configuration that suits their filter handling needs, available space and production workflow.

The SC-L8023U integrates airflow control, aërosol generatie, particle measurement and scanning motion in a single test system. Its software supports data recording, 2D and 3D scan visualizations, en het genereren van rapporten, helping operators review results, locate defects and retain test records.
These loading options allow customers to adapt the same automatic scanning system to their day-to-day operations.
Support from Shipping Preparation to Operation
Equipment components are protected with stretch film and cushioning materials before being packed in wooden crates. Package numbers and handling labels help customers identify the components during receipt, handling and installation preparation.

SCPUR provides site preparation requirements for overseas customers, covering equipment layout, electrical power, compressed air, access routes, network connectivity and personnel for training. Preparing these conditions in advance helps installation and commissioning proceed smoothly after the equipment arrives.
Once the customer has completed mechanical assembly and the electrical and tubing connections, SCPUR can assist remotely with system checks, commissioning and operator guidance. Installation instructions, operating manuals and video tutorials help customers learn test procedures, review results and carry out routine maintenance. Remote diagnostics and technical support are also available during operation.
