A renowned filter manufacturing company in South America, with over 50 years of history, faced a technical challenge in recent years: how to find suitable equipment for precise testing of their filter products. Over four consecutive years at the FILTECH Cologne exhibition, they visited the **SCINCE** booth multiple times, engaging in detailed discussions with us.

Although they were highly interested in **SCINCE’s** equipment, high import taxes in their country and their in-house technical capabilities led them to propose an alternative plan. They hoped to purchase only the core components of the system while designing and building auxiliary systems like piping and fans locally. The customer ultimately decided to try working with another supplier, purchasing equipment that combined core components with locally designed systems. Unfortunately, things did not go as planned. The equipment failed to function properly for the first six months after installation, leading to significant production delays and causing the customer immense frustration and a sense of betrayal.

When the customer found themselves in a difficult position, they returned to the **SCINCE** booth at the next FILTECH exhibition. This time, **SCINCE** recommended the **SC-7099 General Ventilation Filter Test Bench**, a compact and stable system that could meet their diverse filter testing needs. Unlike the previous split-system approach, this equipment was a complete system, avoiding the issues they had encountered earlier.

After thorough technical discussions and adjustments to the proposal, the customer placed an order for the **SC-7099**. During the summer, they traveled to **SCINCE’s** factory in Suzhou, China, to inspect the equipment before shipment. The inspection results exceeded their expectations, and the cooperation of the technical team reassured them.

A year has now passed, and the equipment has been running smoothly in their Brazilian factory, consistently assisting with quality testing of their filters. The customer is extremely satisfied with the equipment’s performance, and the system’s stability and efficiency have helped them overcome production bottlenecks and improve their product yield.

The customer reflected on their journey, noting how, after initial setbacks, they finally found the right solution and established a long-term, trusted partnership with **SCINCE**. With FILTECH 2024 approaching, they look forward to meeting **SCINCE** in Germany again as old friends, eager to explore future collaboration opportunities.
